This workshop is three 1 hour classes. It will tackle the most impactful steps you can take when it comes to improving your nutritional health, why these steps work, & how you can realistically implement them in your life!
This is not a diet plan, nor will it make you restrict any of your favorite foods. It is about focusing on getting enough of what you need! All while connecting with your peers on struggles, successes, & shared tactics for healthy eating!
