  • The Program

    The Program is designed to meet you where you are. Progressing forward at a pace that builds your confidence through consistency of action.

    We will:

    -Discuss your goals/changes you’d like to see-

    -Explore limiting belief patterns that have potentially been holding you back-

    -Identify your nutritional needs and make them attainable for you in real life-

    -Dive into the effects that stress has on our health. As well as tactics to mitigate stress and anxiety-

    -Highlight successes-

    -Explore challenges-

    -Plan priorities/action steps for the up coming weeks-

    This program takes honesty, commitment, and adherence. In return you will receive support and accountability to help you develop self awareness, autonomy, and the confidence to take charge of your health!

    Consists of 60min biweekly sessions in person or virtually. With additional access to your coach through email between sessions. Minimum 3 month commitment.

  • The Single Session

    The Single Session is an opportunity to work with a professional one on one as you dedicate time to yourself and your health.

    Focus will vary according to client needs.

    Topics may include, but are not limited to:

    -Identifying or honing in on nutritional needs-

    -Making exercise a part of your routine-

    -Tactics to mitigate stress-

    -Sleep hygiene-

    -Identifying limiting belief patterns-

    -Breaking through plateaus-

    -Cultivating a growth mindset-

    Don’t want the commitment of The Program, but need occasional support, grounding, and encouragement? This is for you!

    Consists of one 60min session in person or virtually + any additional resources or information necessary for your goals.

    $120/session
