  • Nutrition Coaching

    Nutrition Coaching is designed to meet you where you are & assist you in progressing forward at a pace that builds your confidence through consistency of action.

    We will:

    -Discuss your goals/changes you’d like to see-

    -Explore limiting belief patterns that have potentially been holding you back-

    -Identify your nutritional needs & make them attainable for you in real life-

    -Dive into the effects that stress has on our health. As well as tactics to mitigate stress & anxiety-

    -Highlight successes-

    -Explore challenges-

    -Plan priorities/action steps for the up coming weeks-

    This process takes honesty, commitment, & adherence. In return you will receive support & accountability to help you develop self awareness, autonomy, & the confidence to take charge of your health!

    Coaching consists of 60min biweekly sessions in person or virtually. With additional access to your coach through email between sessions. To ensure you have time to implement changes, a minimum commitment of 3 months is recommended.

  • The Single Session

    The Single Session is an opportunity to work with a professional one on one as you dedicate time to yourself & your health.

    Focus will vary according to client needs.

    Topics may include, but are not limited to:

    -Identifying or honing in on nutritional needs-

    -Making exercise a part of your routine-

    -Tactics to mitigate stress-

    -Sleep hygiene-

    -Identifying limiting belief patterns-

    -Breaking through plateaus-

    -Cultivating a growth mindset-

    If you don’t feel you need the support or accountability of continuous coaching, but want occasional grounding, encouragement, or guidance this is for you!

    The Single Session consists of one 60min session in person or virtually + any additional resources or information necessary for your goals.

  • Strength Training

    Improve your fitness routine by honing in your training!

    Training will very depending on clients needs & goals.

    One on one Coaching can enhance your training through:

    -programming the right plan for your goals-

    -instruction & correction of proper form-

    -understanding of movement mechanics-

    -understanding the benefits of both resistance & cardiovascular training-

    -continuation of accountability beyond Physical Therapy-
