Environment is a huge factor in determining the state of our health. We are a reflection of the people we are the closest to.
If the people we surround ourselves with practice unhealthy habits we are more likely to practice those same unhealthy habits. On the flip side, if the people we surround ourselves with practice healthy habits we will also practice healthy habits.
Working in a group or with a partner can be beneficial in many ways.
You get insight into others experiences along the same journey. Support and comfort in knowing others are going through a similar process. As well as people to help encourage and reinforce healthy behaviors long after your coaching sessions have come to an end.
